COVID

Alleluia! We are back.

When we say we follow all COVID recommendations we make no distinction between those who would continue to wear masks and those who do not and we do not invade privacy by asking for shot records. In this time of possible COVID and Influenza infections we leave it to the congregant or visitor to decided what makes the most sense to them. Our trust is in the Lord of the Church.

As a congregation we have masks available, sanitizer at various locations and we limit the number of congregants at the rail to 4 so that a natural separation can take place.

Our Mission

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only true way to salvation and that through faith in His innocent suffering and death, resurrection and ascension He offers that salvation to all who believe and are baptized.

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church of Taylor is God's community of believers here in Taylor, Michigan, which seek to do His will and to make certain His Word is spoken to all who we come in contact with.

Fellowship

Our church is like a small extended family. We gather together regularly not only in worship of our God, but also in fellowship with one another.

Each Sunday Morning following our worship service we have a time of Fellowship in which coffee and juice are available, as well as various baked goods and treats brought in by our members. Guests and visitors are welcomed and encouraged to stay and fellowship with us.

We generally have Soup and Sandwich luncheons during Advent and Lent from 12:00 PM till 1:00 PM The service takes place at 1:00 PM

We also schedule Potlucks dinners on the fifth Sunday of each month with five Sundays. And at other various times of the year. All are welcome.

Our Ladies Guild and Men's Club are just two of the organized fellowship and service groups that members may participate in. While our Youth Group is currently on hiatus, we look forward to reinvigorating that group in the near future.
